New York, N.Y. – The Feil Organization has announced three new long-term full floor leases at 251 Park Avenue South, a testament to the effects of a multimillion-dollar building renovation, the company says.

Bonnier Publishing USA, Inc. has signed for 7,659 square feet and will occupy the entire 12th floor of the building, expanding and relocating from Feil’s 853 Broadway. Tusk Strategies will occupy 7,663 square feet, the entire eighth floor of the 120,000 square foot office building at East 20th Street. Pond5 Inc. will take the entire seventh floor, with 7,659 square feet.

“We are pleased to welcome such a diverse mix of tenancies to the building. We have been able to overcome the challenge of leasing the building through this major renovation phase by virtue of delivering a quality high-end design in a boutique environment,” says Robert Fisher, Director of Commercial Leasing at Feil.

Feil recently completed a full renovation of the 16-story building encompassing a new entrance, lobby, windows and storefront, modernized elevators and mechanicals. They also constructed pre-built suites, which Fisher credits with meeting Pond5’s need for immediate occupancy.

Fisher represented Feil in all of the transactions. Bonnier Publishing USA, Inc. was represented by John Pavone of Colliers and Gerard Picco of Avison Young. Jonathan Wasserstrum represented Tusk Strategies. Pond5 was represented by Dennis Someck and Justin Myers of Lee & Associates. Feil’s Brian Palumbo and Michele Frankel provided legal counsel, while Bruce Saber of Arnold and Porter LLP represented Little Bee. Tusk was represented by James Kennedy of Wilk Auslander, and Pond5 by David Rosen of Rosen Associates.
